Mixed Berry Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 100g Jalna sweet and creamy yoghurt (or yoghurt of your choice)
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp black chia seeds
  • 100g mixed berries, fresh or frozen

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together and put it in the fridge for 20 minutes.

 

Tips

  • Additional toppings: coconut cream, muesli, granola, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, desiccated coconut, honey, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, slivered almonds, chia seeds.
