Peanut Butter Breakfast Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients
- 167ml milk
- 1/2 banana, roughly chopped
- 50g (1/4 cup) mango, frozen or fresh
- 30g (1 tbsp) QE smooth peanut butter
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Tips
- You can also use almond, soy, rice or unsweetened coconut milk.
- For a cold smoothie, add a few ice cubes before blending.
- Additional toppings: black chia seeds, flaxseed meal, low fat Greek yoghurt, protein powder.
