Peanut Butter Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 167ml milk
  • 1/2 banana, roughly chopped
  • 50g (1/4 cup) mango, frozen or fresh
  • 30g (1 tbsp) QE smooth peanut butter

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Tips

  • You can also use almond, soy, rice or unsweetened coconut milk.
  • For a cold smoothie, add a few ice cubes before blending.
  • Additional toppings: black chia seeds, flaxseed meal, low fat Greek yoghurt, protein powder.
