QE Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
- 71g Greek yoghurt
- 6g rolled oats
- 8g honey
- 150ml milk
- 1 banana, peeled, roughly chopped
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Tips
- You can also use almond, soy or rice milk.
- For a cold smoothie, add a few ice cubes before blending.
- Extra toppings: black chia seeds, pitted dates, berries, protein powder.
