QE Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 71g Greek yoghurt
  • 6g rolled oats
  • 8g honey
  • 150ml milk
  • 1 banana, peeled, roughly chopped

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Tips

  • You can also use almond, soy or rice milk.
  • For a cold smoothie, add a few ice cubes before blending.
  • Extra toppings: black chia seeds, pitted dates, berries, protein powder.
